4th Steven Spielberg's Indiana Jones film called Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was filmed in old fashion way without using digital cameras.
Spielberg wanted to keep same style as in new film. This involves less computer graphics and more work in studios. Some scenes looked unusual strange. I think even old movies didn't have it.
It passed seven years since last Indian Jones movie. Long seven years Spielberg was writing his new scenario and at the end there is no relation with previous movies. Of course it is still Indiana Jones movie with Harrison Ford in his middle sixties. Nazis where replaced by Russian KGB. Indiana's father was replaced with young Mutt Williams. Instead of old temples we see crystal sculls and ancient city and so on.
However the whole picture is very good. It is very clear that 187 million dollars where spent on this movie.
There where one scene where Indiana Jones hide himself into the fridge from atomic bomb explosion. This made me laugh all loud. Of course there where lots of spectacular moments. Auto and motorcycle chases, mad ants and of course breathtaking ancient city.
The movie in general is very good. It is very clear that Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is not that epic as Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, but we still love old Indi and will be waiting for next series.
The movie soundtrack is quite good. I will listen it on my iPod again and again.
