I loved "Home Alone" when I was a child , it was my favourite Xmas movie. This soundtrack takes you right back.
John Williams does Xmas music so well (he even got an Oscar nomination for this score). His carols are great and so are his tender, snow falling cues. The busy, running through the airport cues are goof fun as well. The Xmas songs used in the film are here too.
This is the kind of CD to have on at Christmas because, for me, it encapulates the spirit of the season, as does the film.
